Mary Ebarb

It may be hard to understand why an Austin, Texas born and New Orleans trained chef would want to settle in Marksville, but for Mary the small town passion and big city flavor were a perfect combination. Mary used her experience at famed restaurants to step in and totally recreate Fresh Catch Bistreaux’s menu. With big smiles on their faces, Jon and Chris happily admit that Mary is the best thing that’s happened to their kitchen.
